The Aft Deck Lounge
Step onto the expansive aft deck, where the day's first light catches the polished teak. This open-air salon, sheltered by the main deck overhang, provides a serene setting for morning coffee or an evening aperitif. Plush seating invites relaxation, offering uninterrupted vistas of the unfolding coastline. The gentle sway of the yacht, coupled with the soft murmur of the waves, creates a tranquil ambience, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration or spirited sailing.

Main Saloon Elegance
Within the main saloon, an atmosphere of understated sophistication prevails. Natural light floods through generous windows, illuminating a space where contemporary design meets maritime tradition. Sink into deep, comfortable sofas, enjoying the integrated indoor audio system and a large screen for evening entertainment. This versatile area transitions effortlessly from a relaxed lounge to a more formal setting for intimate gatherings, all while maintaining a connection to the spectacular marine environment just beyond the glass.

Foredeck Sun Deck
The foredeck transforms into an idyllic sunbathing haven, offering an expanse of cushioned space for soaking up the Mediterranean warmth. Guests can recline in blissful privacy, feeling the gentle sea breeze and listening to the rhythmic splash against the bow. This open area is also ideal for morning yoga or simply enjoying the panoramic views as the yacht glides through the water, a perfect spot for quiet contemplation or shared moments under the sun.

Deckhouse Dining
Ascend to the deckhouse, where a bright and airy dining area awaits. Surrounded by large windows, this space offers an elevated perspective of the passing scenery, making every meal a visual feast. The carefully curated interior design complements the azure backdrop, creating an inviting atmosphere for both casual breakfasts and more formal dinners. It’s a place where conversation flows as freely as the sea air, a perfect gathering point for culinary delights.

Bridge Deck Sanctuary
The bridge deck offers a secluded outdoor retreat, distinct from the main deck's activity. Here, comfortable seating provides a vantage point for observing the yacht's journey and the vast expanse of the sea. This elevated position allows for a unique perspective, whether gazing at a fiery sunset or the star-dusted night sky. It’s an ideal spot for peaceful contemplation or enjoying a quiet moment away from the main social areas, a private aerie on the water.
Accommodation
VAY accommodates ten guests across five beautifully appointed cabins, each a private sanctuary of comfort. The layout typically features a lavish master suite, offering ample space and privacy, alongside additional double and twin configurations to suit various group dynamics. Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning and its own television, ensuring individual comfort and entertainment. Soft linens, natural materials, and meticulous detailing create an inviting atmosphere, promising restful nights after exhilarating days. The design prioritises light and space, ensuring a serene personal retreat for every guest on board.

Culinary excellence is central to the VAY experience. The onboard chef, with a keen understanding of local produce and diverse palates, crafts bespoke menus for every meal. Whether it’s a fresh seafood barbecue on the aft deck, a refined multi-course dinner in the deckhouse, or a light al fresco lunch, each dish is a celebration of flavour and artistry. Special dietary requirements are seamlessly accommodated, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalised gourmet journey throughout their charter.
For those who wish to maintain their routine at sea, VAY offers a selection of exercise equipment to keep active. The expansive decks provide ample space for morning stretches or yoga sessions with the sunrise as your backdrop. While not featuring a dedicated spa, the yacht's tranquil atmosphere and the invigorating sea air naturally contribute to a sense of well-being. Guests can truly unwind, relax, and rejuvenate amidst the stunning East Mediterranean scenery.
The turquoise waters of the East Mediterranean beckon, and VAY's impressive collection of water toys ensures endless aquatic enjoyment. Guests can thrill to the agility of the stand-up Jet Ski, master the waves on mono or adult water skis, or introduce younger adventurers to child water skis. Paddleboards offer a serene way to explore hidden coves, while inflatable water toys and a Ringo promise hours of laughter and excitement for all ages. Every adventure on the water is catered for.

What a yacht like VAY costs to own — not just to charter
A charter week on VAY is a fixed, all-in number. Ownership of a 40m yacht in this class is a five-year commitment — crew payroll, insurance, class and refit reserves, berthing and depreciation. Our yacht ownership vs charter vs fractional ownership study runs the real five-year cost of a €15 million yacht against the equivalent charter spend, and the most profitable yachts for owners ranking shows how much of that stack charter revenue actually recovers.
