With a passion for anything to do with engineering he came into the industry through a technical background. However, in his early career he learnt the importance of good hospitality, with a great deal of bar, hotel and restaurant work. In his free time Paul enjoys restoring Classic Cars & Motorcycles, and he has spent many happy hours in the garage & workshop. But he also loves the great outdoors, skiing, travel, restaurants, and socialising and has recently completed the Nice to Cannes Marathon.

He has since worked as a cadet onboard ships ranging from 119m and 151m and 119m M/Y A Dylan has sailed through the waters of Dubai, Singapore, Australia, west Africa, the Atlantic Sea, northern Europe and the Mediterranean where his duties included overseeing the upkeep of hydraulic and electric systems, performing firefighting duties, managing the operation of tenders, assisting the Chief Officer in preparing passage planning and watch duties. In his spare time, Dylan is passionate sportsman and enjoys playing in a team.

During his career, Eduard has been head chef and managed teams of up to 30 people as well as gaining his level 1 Michelin star.
