The aft deck serves as the heart of outdoor living. Beneath the shaded hardtop, a large dining table invites convivial meals, whilst the integrated BBQ perfumes the air with fragrant smoke. From here, the gentle hum of the ocean is a constant companion, and the broad swim platform, easily accessible, offers an immediate connection to the surrounding waters. It’s a space designed for lingering conversations and the simple pleasure of sea breezes.

Saloon's Panoramic Vista
On Board

Saloon's Panoramic Vista

Step inside the main saloon, where large windows frame the ever-shifting seascape. The interior design, a testament to Berret-Racoupeau's vision, balances natural light with comfortable furnishings. Here, an indoor audio system sets the mood, and a discreet TV saloon offers moments of quiet reprieve. It’s a climate-controlled sanctuary where one can unwind with a book or simply observe the marine spectacle unfolding beyond the glass.

Foredeck Lounge
On Board

Foredeck Lounge

Forward, the catamaran's twin hulls create an expansive foredeck, a sun-drenched haven for relaxation. Plush sunpads beckon for hours spent soaking up the warmth, perhaps with the gentle spray of the ocean on your skin. This open expanse is ideal for morning meditations as the sun rises, or for stargazing under the vast, unpolluted skies of Oceania, far from shore lights.

Galley's Culinary Hub
On Board

Galley's Culinary Hub

The galley, designed for efficiency and ease, is where the crew crafts delectable meals. Though not a guest space, its presence ensures a seamless culinary journey, with fresh, local ingredients transformed into memorable dishes. The proximity to both indoor and outdoor dining areas means that every meal, from a casual breakfast to a more formal dinner, is served with effortless grace and precision.

Helm and Navigation
On Board

Helm and Navigation

The flybridge helm station offers commanding views and a sense of connection to the yacht's journey. Guests are occasionally invited to observe the navigation, gaining insight into the intricate dance of sailing. It provides a unique perspective of the yacht's movement across the waves, the interplay of wind and sail, and the vastness of the ocean stretching to the horizon.

From sun-drenched breakfasts featuring tropical fruits to elegant dinners under starlit skies, each meal is a personalised affair, crafted to your preferences and enhanced by the stunning backdrops of Oceania.

Wellness

While PURPOSE does not feature an onboard spa or gym, the entire yacht, and indeed the ocean itself, becomes a sanctuary for well-being. The tranquil rhythm of sailing, the invigorating splash of an outdoor shower after a swim, and the refreshing feel of the sea air contribute to a profound sense of rejuvenation. The catamaran’s layout encourages movement and connection with the natural elements, fostering a truly holistic sense of wellness.

Since he started to sail at age 11, he developed a deep appreciation for the unique elements it combines: a close connection to nature, the freedom and independence of travel, the inspiration and space to enjoy the moment, and the opportunity to bring friends together for an unforgettable shared journey. During his teenage summers he taught at a sailing school and later took his friends cruising every year to more than 20 different countries, from tropical waters to the arctic circle. He is a RYA Yachtmaster with several additional certificates in sailing and safety at sea. Previously, Florian held an international leadership position at one of the most influential NGOs globally. Among others, he hosted exclusive events and retreats for leading change-makers at unique locations around the world, from the World Economic Forum and royal estates to pioneering sustainable spaces. He is always keen to find new ways of making our wonderful world an even better place while thoroughly enjoying and celebrating its incredible beauty. Florian now fulfilled his lifelong dream of owning and living on a sailboat to welcome friends old and new on an inspiring journey to the most magnificent places around the world. He loves to share the unique experience of cruising in glorious nature, discovering exciting new places, and enjoying quality time with friends and family from the comfort of a modern 50ft sailing catamaran. Charters with Florian are warm, relaxing, wholesome, authentic, exciting, and inspiring, leaving guests with memories for a lifetime. Ownership economics

What a yacht like PURPOSE costs to own — not just to charter

A charter week on PURPOSE is a fixed, all-in number. Ownership of a 15m yacht in this class is a five-year commitment — crew payroll, insurance, class and refit reserves, berthing and depreciation. Our yacht ownership vs charter vs fractional ownership study runs the real five-year cost of a €15 million yacht against the equivalent charter spend, and the most profitable yachts for owners ranking shows how much of that stack charter revenue actually recovers.
