A closer look

The Grand Saloon
Beneath the expansive skylights, the saloon serves as a luminous heart of the yacht. Here, the indoor audio system fills the space with carefully curated playlists, while the large television offers cinematic escapes. Plush seating invites relaxation, perhaps with a freshly brewed coffee from the integrated machine, as the Aegean unfolds through panoramic windows. It’s a space designed for convivial gatherings, quiet contemplation, or simply savouring the cool, conditioned air after a sun-drenched afternoon.

Aft Deck Al Fresco
The aft deck is a seamless extension of the saloon, blurring the lines between indoor comfort and outdoor exhilaration. A shaded dining area offers the perfect setting for long, leisurely lunches, the sea breeze carrying the scent of salt and sunshine. The outdoor audio system sets a relaxed tone, while the ice maker ensures a constant supply of chilled refreshments. From here, the swim platform beckons, a direct gateway to the clear, inviting waters below.

Foredeck Serenity
Forward, the catamaran's twin hulls create a vast, uninterrupted expanse of deck. Here, sun pads invite blissful hours of basking, perhaps with a book or simply gazing out at the horizon. It’s a prime vantage point for dolphin spotting or watching the sun dip below the waves, painting the sky in fiery hues. The gentle rocking of the yacht and the whisper of the wind through the rigging create an atmosphere of profound tranquility.

The Private Cinema
Beyond the main living areas, a dedicated movie theatre offers a luxurious escape. Plush seating and a large screen transform any evening into a private cinematic event. Whether it’s a family favourite, a gripping drama, or a classic film, this intimate space provides a welcome respite from the sun, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration or for a quiet evening in, complete with popcorn and soft lighting.

Bridge Deck Views
Ascend to the bridge deck, and a commanding perspective awaits. This elevated position offers sweeping, unobstructed views of the surrounding seascape – perfect for charting the next idyllic anchorage or simply absorbing the vastness of the ocean. It’s a space that combines the thrill of navigation with the simple pleasure of an elevated panorama, often accompanied by the gentle hum of the yacht making headway.
Accommodation
OPAL boasts six elegantly appointed cabins, offering comfortable sanctuaries for up to ten guests. The primary cabin provides a private haven, complete with its own television for personal viewing. Each cabin is thoughtfully designed with ample storage and soft linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after days filled with adventure. The layout provides a sense of privacy and space, allowing families and groups of friends to enjoy their time together while also finding moments of quiet solitude. Air conditioning ensures a consistently comfortable environment, regardless of the Mediterranean heat. The generous beam of the yacht allows for surprisingly spacious and well-lit interiors throughout.

Your dedicated chef, with access to fresh local produce, creates bespoke menus tailored to your preferences, from light, healthy breakfasts to sumptuous dinners. The coffee machine ensures a perfect start to every morning, while the ice maker is always at hand for refreshing sundowners. Each meal is an occasion, served with attentive grace by the crew.
While OPAL doesn't feature a dedicated spa or gym, the entire yacht and its surroundings offer a holistic sense of wellbeing. The vast foredeck provides ample space for morning yoga or stretching sessions under the rising sun. The refreshing embrace of the Mediterranean Sea, accessed directly from the swim platform, offers an invigorating natural therapy. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with fresh sea air and balanced meals, contributes to a profound sense of rejuvenation.
The azure waters of the East Mediterranean are yours to explore with OPAL's selection of water toys. Glide across the surface on paddleboards, discover hidden coves, or feel the exhilaration of water skiing, with options available for both adults and children. Floating mats invite lazy afternoons drifting on the gentle swell, while light fishing gear offers a chance to engage with the marine life. The integrated swim platform makes accessing all these activities effortless and enjoyable.

What a yacht like OPAL costs to own — not just to charter
A charter week on OPAL is a fixed, all-in number. Ownership of a 19m yacht in this class is a five-year commitment — crew payroll, insurance, class and refit reserves, berthing and depreciation. Our yacht ownership vs charter vs fractional ownership study runs the real five-year cost of a €15 million yacht against the equivalent charter spend, and the most profitable yachts for owners ranking shows how much of that stack charter revenue actually recovers.
